We looked at meat, but just didn't find anything today. We went to the self checkout and were assisted by a very friendly young man who offered to help us. Sure! Second that I wanted to understand why I was going to pay extra for what was on a little piece of paper that she handed me right away I asked her what are these fees for? that's extra $49 this extra $39 that and I wanted to understand what is that for and why do I need it? Rather than explain that or take any time with me at all, she simply said And I quote " you can go somewhere else" Now I could understand if I was being rude or anything like that. I needed to know what I was being charged for and I don't think that's a crazy question when you're in a business. I did interrupt her lunchtime, But I was offered that time for an appointment I did not intentionally try to ruin her lunch. I was offered that time so I took that time. It worked for me as I work I noticed that's what happened she needed lunch. She was very unapproachable very unapologetic and very unhelpful. And now I did go through with COSTCO OPTICAL and I got my lenses. I got everything done but first impression was heck. Yes I'm could go somewhere else but NO, I also waited an hour to be here so no, I'm not going anywhere else now,and I'm sorry that you made an appointment at your lunchtime. I did not offer that appointment to myself. They offered that to me. Very disheartened It cost total $347. And I was treated like that. I will not be going back to get my glasses from this place in the future. I understand that they are separate from COSTCO. Please know that this is not COSTCO's fault. COSTCO is understaffed and could use some help. I understand that but that young lady was so rude so mad that she had to be at work. I don't know what was wrong with her but I will not be treated like that again.
