QT is my go-to for gas, coffee, snacks, etc…read more I've been going to this location since it opened as it's within walking distance to our home. However, I'm going to have to start calling this location "Mc QT". Because like the ice cream machines at MCD, the coffee machines here are always hit or miss. And this morning was horrible. Three of the four coffee machines were down including BOTH Colombian machines. Sorry, but that's just unacceptable, even for a quick stop shop. So I had to go to Spinx for my coffee/biscuit fix this morning.

Update-I was told I would get a call from someone in upper management by their customer care line…read moreand didn't get a call. I also think it's very sus that the first two reviews are 5 star reviews from people that have only done one review which is Sprouts. I was so happy to see this location open up. I've been here three times in the past two weeks. First visit was great. It was quick and easy. Second and third visit not so much. The staff here is very unfriendly. They are always huddled and talking and gossiping about their coworkers which is very unprofessional in my opinion. I asked for a rain check for something that was out of stock and I walked up to three workers talking and there was a pause because they were all waiting on each other to offer to help. I had a coupon that was on my receipt from a prior visit that I wanted to use. I did self checkout and it I had to find someone to help me because nobody was around the area. Found two girls talking. When I asked for help one of the girls said "yeah?". Then I was told that the coupons that sprouts provides always messes up their system with payment. I waited almost 10 mins for this to be fixed. I asked the girl helping if there was anybody that could help because I needed to leave and she said "no". Looking at the Google reviews I'm not the only one that feels this way with the unprofessionalism!

After a visit to Couture Cakes with my niece, her daughter…read moreand my sister, I stopped by The Fresh Market on Woodruff Rd. My niece had been telling me about how delicious the roasted chicken salad is at their deli. They just happen to be running a special in all of their salads. Buy a pound of chicken salad, seafood salad and tuna salad and get four count croissants. They did have the salad out in containers in ice, but you could also get it from the deli case. I looked at the ingredients and it has chicken breasts and chicken thigh meat. At my sister's suggestion I asked the man working in the deli if that chicken salad has the chicken thigh in it too, he told me that it did. This was a no go for me, I only like white meat chicken salad, and that's what I use when I make it myself. For what it cost, it should have been ALL WHITE meat. Though I didn't purchase any chicken salad, it was nice to browse around the store, to see the big selection of a lot of items not found at my ("big three" Publix, Ingles, and Aldi)grocery stores to shop in. I did find some frozen chicken tenders, that look really tasty on the box they are in. The chicken tenders will be on Sunday's dinner menu. If you haven't been to The Fresh Market, are craving good chicken salad and you don't have a chicken salad preference stop by and check them out.

Just had to express my appreciation of the excellent service your staff provided today for my time…read moreof need. They all deserve a pay raise. I use your drive up services (and in store purchases) as my #1 drug store. Today I pulled up to the drive in window to complete a phone call refill. While waiting for the transaction to be filled, I turned the engine off. Prescription filled; Dog treat dispensed to my Border Collie innocently asking for a treat, and my car would not start. I was embarrassed. Gal at the window said, "no problem", then shouted out to fellow employees if they had jumper cables. As it turns out, none did. Meanwhile, the line was growing behind me at the window. Within 5 minutes, more Staff showed up and pushed me away from the window (gave my pup a second treat) to a safe area in the parking lot, and told me they would ask customers if they had jumper cables. The good Samaritan arrived 10 minutes later, another loyal CVS Customer I'm sure, and I was saved! Thanks again for your staff getting me out of a pickle. Customer Service is always Job 1, and your Staff proved that today. What you give comes back 10 fold. Glad to see that CVS embraces that philosophy. I hope I can return the favor. Your Staff deserves a pay raise!!
