During my last trip, to pick up medicine, I stopped at the Burt's Bees section 'on the way' to the medicine aisles, and grabbed a lipstick on sale. Then I noticed a pack of lemongrass 'natural' soap on sale from 'Ology', Walgreens 'natural' brand, and grabbed that. Then I noticed some Burt's Bees lotion marked half off. I had an issue with a very important Narcolepsy medication that was not being filled on date due. After waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes, I was told it was "too early" to refill the medication, yet my last pickup was on 8/24/26, I called on the pharmacy on 9/25/26 about the issue. I was told by Walgreens pharmacy department that Florida Blue is getting strict with early refills and that it was not time to process my request. I was confused because I was told that since I filled my July prescription only 2 days early, that I should have extra medication, and would not fill my medication as scheduled to be ready by 9/24 latest. (Maybe she didn't account for both months having 31 days). She told me an early refill for this medication would have been $700!! I was told that the pharmacy would reach out to my insurance, but heard nothing. I was left calling my insurance that informed me there was no issue with getting my refills and a simple 5 minute 3 way call cleared it all up in less time than I waited on hold to speak with Walgreens. This is a very alarming situation as skipping even one dose could lead to a major issue. Walgreens, please do better.

We first came here when the original covid shots in Broward were very limited. My husband was able to get an appointment in Dade at the time; and a girlfriend who is a nurse found an open appointment for me here. We liked the set up and the light "touch" of the pharmacist so much, that we came back for second shots and boosters. Being seniors with issues, we needed to go whole hog on whatever protection we could get -- especially after the death of my husband's brother and sister-in-law and the death of my first cousin from Covid. We are starting our round of fall shots, so decided as we were in the area to stop by for our flu shots. No waiting. We filled out and signed our consent forms. We are already in their computers, so all went efficiently. And our shots were pain free and fast. We will be back.

Upon taking my 200k miles car in for a wash, I realized that this family owned and operated gas station was more than met the eye. First, my car was atrocious inside. I mean, 200k+ miles of traveling, food, dust, pocket change stuck to the center console from a drink spilt in the hot sun years ago. Bad. I was needing a good thorough cleaning of the interior and these guys did an amazing job. Even saying "I did the best I could to get that soda grime out of the center console." And earlier asking "You are sure you don't want us to clean the leather seats in the back?" I mean, above and beyond what I paid for. Went back today because I needed a wash for my new Car, and trusted these guys would do an excellent job. While paying for food I over heard the clerk say "we try to keep it pretty clean here." And I looked around and though "D*mn they do!" Sitting outside waiting for my car, and I notice an attendant CLEANING THE FREAKING GAS PUMP! This place is an example of the American Dream in action. I dropped off a prescription yesterday and they said they would have to call the doctor about it. I called a day later to check and her response? "I haven't gotten around to it yet." Then she sounded annoyed when I asked when I could expect it to be done, like they're surprised that people actually...need their meds.
