While the coffee wasn't my favorite in the area, I'd definitely come back to try other baked goods and the sub sandwiches!

That means no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients, organic and gluten-free options, and so forth. They also make a variety of smoothies with fruits, juices, yogurt, and milk (almond milk available for $.50 more). Whey protein is added to nearly all smoothies but you can request VeganMax protein instead, which is Lifetime's vegan protein supplement. SWEET. (I hate whey.) My husband ordered the savory roast beef sandwich and I had a wild-caught grilled salmon salad with a smoothie. The food is made fresh behind the counter so there is a slight wait.
