What made this experience more frustrating is that I had a completely different experience at another CVS nearby. I arrived there around five minutes before closing (or right at closing time), and a staff member let me in without any issue. I was able to withdraw cash and leave before the store officially closed. I believe situations like this depend heavily on the staff, and management should address this inconsistency. Customer service and clear, consistent standards are especially important for a large retail chain like CVS.
