I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. I'm really glad I made the investment in my healing session with Deborah and now understand why she has so many positive, genuine reviews (she's not compensating us or giving us discounts to write these, like some businesses do!). I'm very grateful to have found Deborah - she is truly gifted.

I had strained 2 muscle in my left rotator cuff. The injury was constricting my range of motion and causing chronic pain during certain movements. I inquired about treatment for this as well. It was this injury that pushed me to start acupuncture therapy. Following the first session, relief in my shoulder was immediate - the pain was gone, full range of motion returned. It feels as though I never had the injury. Currently I see Sara 1-2 times/month. I attribute the ongoing treatment to the continued benefit in keeping my shoulders healthy, as well she works on other ailments resulting from exercise (muscle tightness, joint pain, etc). Additionally, her treatment of the more holistic issues I mentioned is giving me more energy, strength and focus. The entire experience of her treatment is rare and invaluable. She is extremely knowledgable in her practice, anatomy and especially treatment for athletes. Beyond that Sara is caring and friendly. I feel very fortunate to work with her. Finally, her practice does accept certain insurance policies which makes this relatively affordable.
