Came in as a walk in to get my haircut. Was given barber at first chair on left hand side as soon as you walk in. I told him what I wanted and he basically did what he wanted. I hate a barber that does not follow simple instructions. The edge is not straight and my cut is way too low for comfort. I hate using black spray but to fix this I asked is there a way to make it darker. He said he does not do that the entire vibe was off and I 1 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Walked in after finding 6th Element online. Had my hair and beard cut by Jay, who did such a good job and could not have been friendlier. This is now my goto barbershop that I will return to every time I am back in Brandon. Thank you read more

First off they can't even spell 6th which should've been a red flag from the get go. I go in as a walk in and a return customer. When I sign on the tablet, it says it will be a 20-25 min wait. So I sit on the bench for a little bit but it stank in the shop so I decided to wait in my car instead with my wife and my kid. I sit in my car for 30 minutes then walked back inside to see what was going on bc it had been way past the estimated time. When I went inside one of the barbers said "Oh I thought he left" ...like how does that make any sense when y'all have a tablet where you put your phone number in to get a text when it's your turn? I've been to plenty of places with a text check in system and never once has it gone like that. Unprofessional and disorganized. Long story short I wasted an hour of my life and I will not be back to your shop which smells like sh1t anyways. read more

Horrible service! Nick Cordero is the dirtiest barber I have ever visited, the razor blade he used on me looked like it came straight from the biohazard bin. Clippers all rusty. Hair from previous customer was all over the chair when I sat down, and his hands smelled like marijuana while he was touching my face. Would not recommend. Still tipped him full cause he looked like he needed the money to buy new equipment. read more

Was unable to goto my normal barber the day before leaving on memorial day trip. I used to go see nick at this shop at least 4 years ago, but always noticed all barbers in the shop were talented, just by the other customers leaving the chairs looking right. it was 10 minutes to close. I told Trey I just needed my side faded. He did that AND asked if I wanted my beard lines cleaned up..umm...YES!! Trey took extra time past closing to finish & make sure I liked everything. I rarely do reviews on anything, but this customer service above & beyond from a talented barber just made me have to give a yelp shout-out to them!! read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a barber shop, with the most unprofessional, rude and physically rough barber I have ever encountered. I had an appointment right after work which meant I had product in my hair, he starts off by telling me "I'm not cutting your hair with product in it "you should have come in here with clean hair. I wasn't told this at the time of my appointment and it's never been a problem before. He washes my hair then starts drying and complaining about his tools and how they'll be damaged with wet hair as he's blow drying it. I then explain what i want done and he says "i got chu ". He then began to cut my hair and pushed my head from left to right to get a good angle, by no means am I asking for a head rub but he was very aggressive. He then moves on to shaving me with a straight razor with no shave cream or lotion of any kind of product causing razor burn. He starts talking about how he has a better opportunity working in Hollywood cutting hair for celebrities and he won't be here any longer. I am personally from Los Angeles CA and know that people there have very high expectations soo hopefully his arrogant attitude changes from now to then or he won't be hired very often. When I got home i styled my hair as usual only to find that is was cut completely wrong and was not blended at all. I would like to add that everyone else was very friendly and helpful. And the shop was very clean. read more

I made an appointment with this barber shop because the pics looks nice and the cuts looked good. This barber shop is by appointment only and I've never been here so it's hard for someone new like me to know which barber is good and reliable. So I made an appointment with one guy for 9am and he texted me the day before asking if I could switch to 10am instead. I was ok with that and said ok. The morning of my cut I got another text from him asking if I could come in at 11am instead. Wtf. When I moved here I was afraid of these types of barber shops and the first one I called is exactly the type of barber shop I got. Some of the barbers here charge $20 and others charge $25. I'm ok with paying that but at least show up. Don't act like you at the only barber shop in the area. read more

This place is what a barber shop should be. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. I always set my appt online with Jesse and he's very personable and easy to talk to plus his cut is probably the best in the state. I say probably because he's the only one I've seen down here and he does a great job. Keep up the good work. read more

Great cuts and a very professional and clean environment. Kid friendly, the barbers don't use profanity around the kids and the music is censored. Very clean places and well maintained. All the barbers in the shop are great I go to Adrian who does a excellent job on executing everything I ask for. read more

I pass a lot of other shops so I can get my cuts from Chris, but It's always worth the drive.

I have been going to this barbershop for 5 years now and can always expect a fresh cut every time I come here. Owner and master barber Jesse Lima has a passion for barbering and it shows in his work with each customer. read more

I have been a client at 6ixth Element BarberShop for over 2 years and will forever be a client of theirs for as long as my hair continues to grow. I use the word client and not customer because they don't make you feel like they are there just to get paid, rather they are there to provide you with the best experience possible. Jesse Lima is not only a master barber but the master of barbers. Always on time, always consistent and attentive, and always gives me a haircut that never stops receiving compliments. The shop as a whole is full of all star barbers who provide unique, precise, and quality haircuts. Once you step in to the shop your warmly greeted by almost every barber and when your there they treat you like family. In over two years I have seen countless events being held to give back to the community including haircuts for cancer as well as back to school/holiday charity events which shows me these men have heart and are about serving their community. If it's not obvious, I highly recommend this barber shop to anyone with hair first and foremost, and furthermore to anyone looking for a professional and skilled barber. read more

Absolutely disappointing customer service. I took my son to this shop and literally had to tell the barber to calm his attitude when I asked him about his pricing after he cut my son's hair. He charged him for a specialty cut when all he did was a normal fade, no razor - just the clippers. Then the barber became biligerent when I questioned why. I will be reporting this shop to the better business bureau and encouraging everyone I know to stay away from this barber shop. I didn't get the barbers name in question, he was the african american male that is positioned on the left in the second chair, next to an older gentelmen in the first chair as you walk in. What an attitude this guy had! He literally scared my son. I am making it my personal mission in life to see no other has to go through this and protest this business with my fullest capabilities. If there are any questions about this review please respond and I would be happy to give you more details. read more
