Planned to book a stay here in the Ozarks with a small group of friends. Was first told we didn't meet age restrictions (we're all over the age of 21) so they declined us. once we were told you had to be 26+ my brother and his girlfriend who are also coming (meeting the age restriction) tried to book and was declined again. After calling and talking to DONNA because we were confused as to why we were denied yet again. She was very rude over the phone and told us to start looking for a different place to stay. She couldn't give us an answer as to why we weren't allowed to book here. Sounds a lot like she didn't want a small group of younger adults staying there and kept trying to blame the property manager instead. So glad we found another place and didn't end of giving these people our money! That's their loss! After the way she couldn't handle the situation professionally and couldn't explain anything to us, will definitely be letting everyone know not to even bother with this place! read more
