Prior to this encounter, I…read morehad never met a DJ without a robust and energetic personality, but sadly with our event we got the flattest personality and nothing but the feeling that he had better places to be, and no desire to be at our wedding. There was nothing said or done to try and engage the guests, and one guest even told me that the DJ was complaining to him that he didn't even know the schedule, however nothing was ever asked of me or anyone else in the planning party. The music was nice, but I would have been better suited to just rent speakers, and play music from Spotify, because that's really all we got! I was also shocked that he showed up, and didn't even have an extension cord to run his equipment, fortunately I had a spare to offer... but you would think someone in this line of work would have one! At the end of the night he walked up to me and said "uh, I need to get paid" just overall he was flat, impersonal, and rude. If I had it to do all over, I would just have played my own music...
