DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS !!!! DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!!! SCAMMER !!!…read more I looked for a negative 5 star but they don't offer that! Quoted $800 to fix. It had fuel in oil now. Didn't run. I was told to fix all the injector prints it would be "high max side $800" . I Was also told that I would get a call with diagnostic before they worked on it, I didn't, so they had to truck for days plus the weekend with no call until I called them. To get a $1818 bill for "o rings and a pig tail" . I got less than 11 miles from the shop and got a check engine light. All I wanted was my truck fixed! $2,000 for a truck that STILL runs like crap!!! Then I call him to ask him why they charge me $1800 after quoted me $800 and then he denied the quote, Told me after I took it to a second shop that my mechanic now is stupid basically, even though he nailed I have two bad injectors, which he admitted that he knew that I had two bad injectors and chose not to call me to tell me that they were too bad injectors, and didn't even offer the option of it being fixed correctly, told me that when they test drove it three or four times the check engine light did not come on, I call bullsh*t !!!! Techs don't know sh*t and now I have a truck still that isn't not running like it should. FILING A MARK AGAINS THE COMPANY WOTH THE BBB, and any online reviews I can. AUSTIN (owner) is a complete AZZ !!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED NOT TO USE THIS PLACE !

After some minor paint damage happened to my car, I took it to Dacus for an estimate. They…read moreperformed the estimate and sent it to me, and then I provided it to my insurance company - all good so far. After insurance processed it, we received a check for $500 less than what the claim had been. I called the insurance company to ask why this was, and they said that Dacus had agreed to do the work for the lower price, so with my deductible and the check they had sent I would be good to go. I called Dacus to schedule to work, however they surprised me: They said they didn't care what they had agreed to with the insurance company, they would be charging me the full price on the original estimate, and probably more, and I would just have to eat what insurance didn't cover. Thankfully, I called my insurance and was able that check voided (it was addressed to the body shop), and found another body shop that agreed to do the work at the price that Dacus had agreed to do it for before they tried to make me pay the original estimate price out of pocket. The insurance company had the documentation that Dacus had agreed to do the work for that lower price, email trail and everything, so Dacus apparently thought they would just agree to the lower price and then get some extra money on top out of me. No thanks.

Arrived after a 4+ hour drive and it was shined up, fully fueled and ready to go. Purchase process was easy and the price was what they said it was going to be. These bikes are going for several thousand over MSRP due to demand, and they had a very small dealer fee tacked onto the MSRP and that was it. Great communication leading up to me arriving, and despite me being early and waiting a bit for other buyers ahead of me, it went quick. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I picked the bike up and within minutes my girlfriend noticed it was much louder than normal. We stopped and discovered the exhaust mid-pipe, clamp, and springs were missing. The slip-on muffler was only being held on by the rear mounting bracket. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told they had photos showing the bike arrived with the mid-pipe installed. My girlfriend and I retraced our entire route from the dealership but never found the missing parts. The response from the service department was simply that the technician "wouldn't have had a reason to touch it." There were no photos taken after the service was completed, and I was told the camera covering the service area was not working. When I asked what they were willing to do to make the situation right, the response I received was, "Make what right?" I then spoke with the General Manager, hoping for a fresh set of eyes. Unfortunately, the conversation was disappointing. He had already made up his mind before hearing my side, repeatedly talked over me, argued with me, and ultimately refused to consider any resolution. I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally taking my parts. I'm simply stating the facts: the dealership's own intake photos show my motorcycle arrived with a complete exhaust system, and it left missing the mid-pipe, clamp, and springs. Instead of investigating or trying to work with a customer who purchased the motorcycle from them, the dealership became defensive and dismissed my concerns. Mistakes can happen. What separates a good dealership from a bad one is how they handle them. Unfortunately, my experience left me with very little confidence in this service department, and I won't be returning.
