The manager, Teresa Kasprick, was the one who answered the phone and I can't be thankful enough! I had no idea how to tell her what I wanted so I emailed her some pics of two flower arrangements that I had found online. She reviewed them and helped me make them just the way I wanted. She even drove and delivered the flowers herself just to make sure they got to our family! I will always call her whenever I need flowers! Not only was she professional and understanding of what I wanted, she was patient and gave me wonderful feedback on what would make the flowers look even better. I posted pics below!

We called around and did not get any help by other florist. The person assisting us was very professional, listened to our specific request, suggested vase options, and created two amazing arrangements that were even better than we had requested !!!! We needed these arrangements ASAP. She drove them an hour away and hand delivered them to our bereaved Loved ones. Upon their delivery, our family sent us pictures of the arrangements, and how profoundly touched they were by them. The price was beyond reasonable for the First call service provided by Teresa Kasprick!!! The flowers were amazing but the service was Priceless. Thank You so much!!!

I use them because I live out of state and I have family in the Fargo area. For Mother's Day this year I ordered my sweet mother in law flowers and had a greeting to go with it BUT I put the wrong delivery date. They reached out to me, before they were going to close shop for the day, and wanted to make sure of my order because I had the wrong delivery date and they could still get it delivered in time for Mother's Day. They took the time to verify and even though I goofed, they wanted to make sure they were delivered!! They go Above and Beyond! I will never use anyone other than Dalbol when I'm ordering flowers in Fargo!! My mother in law got her flowers and loves them!! Every year about this time I send a dozen red roses to an Assisted Living Center in Ellendale, ND…read more The process is simple as pie...I call up Nola at Prairie Floral, she tells me when she is expecting a delivery of flowers and then she "pretties up" my dozen and walks them on over to the Evergreen which is just down the road. Nola is terrific, though we've never met in person. When I call, we chat for a while and she brings me up to speed on local events...and of course, the weather. (It is, after all, WINTER in North Dakota.) I can always count on the flowers arriving just exactly at the right time....where they will be treasured by their recipients...Nola will walk through sleet, snow and the proverbial winds of the Plains to get the flowers to their destination. Now, you might ask, why do I send the flowers to a place I've never been, to be received by a person I've never met? I'd tell you, but the tale would be too long for a Yelp review and anyway...isn't this about the good customer service of the floral shop? Let your imagination run wild. Its not gonna help 'cause I'm not gonna say. But if you want flowers, origami, barbed wire ornaments or any one of a number of curiousities...Prairie Floral is your shop. You'll appreciate the prices and the service. And somebody's mother will appreciate the thought.

They assembled my $50+ order in 15 minutes while I waited. The inside shop also has other items like women's clothing, accessories, candy bouquets, home decorations and personal health items. I thought it was well laid out. I purchased a cute hide purse for my 26 yr old daughter and a sign for my brother in law. A couple days later I ordered anniversary flowers for my aunt and uncle. They answered the phone promptly, were thorough in their ordering, and were done in short order. In the end, the flowers themselves were beautiful. I recommend this store.
