Awful company with no consideration for passengers, they don't even deserve 1 star but it's the only way to post and avoid others having the same experience
I booked a taxi the day before to ensure I would get to Euston to catch my train to Birmingham in plenty of time for quite an important meeting to me.
10 mins later than the cab was due to arrive, no one would take my call or inform me of what was happening. Eventually I received a text saying that 5000 cars could no longer take my booking. By that time all Uber's were on long leadtimes giving me no chance to reach the station in time and ensuring that I will miss a really important meeting and have to pay another £176 to get another ticket to Birmingham.
Just to rub it in, they called 20mins after they were meant to pick me up and said nonchalantly "do you fancy sharing a cab to Euston"!
I'm so angry that they have done this with not a care in the world or an apology. They aren't the people that have to have to deal with the stress and worry of missing a meeting.
If they had let me know at the time or just beforehand I could have still made it. read more
