Car dealer with no words. I called the evening to confirm a car and the person asked me to call back next day in the morning. I called the next day at 12pm to get papers (insurance, car paper..) and pay a deposit.
The car was sold one hour before my call. I live in Barcelona and had booked flight and ferry...
The only answer was sorry... a person came and bought the car. I did not even received a call from them.
Sad to see that people have no words and not professional at all.
