I don't know what's in their nail polish but when I get French on my toes it last weeks! Not the most in depth pedicure and you can pretty much forget a foot massage- for the price you get what you get - not sure about it being the cleanest place but in 7 years I've never had an issue with catching any foot disease so I guess it's pretty solid. read more

Complete & total satisfaction with the job that was done as well as the customer service. I walked in for a gel manicure on a weekday, a couple hours after opening. They sat me down right away & showed me the color options. I asked if they do 3D designs & showed a pic that I found online. She said no but offered her collection of jewels, gems, etc for me to rummage thru till I found something I liked... Viola: Gold Studs ! We came up with a cool design & she warned that the studs might not stick very long but to just come in if they fall off so that she can replace them. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. She really went above & beyond to get me the unique kind of design that I wanted. I would definitely return here for services & just hope that they do get the 3D stuff soon because it seems like they would do great work with them. I could minus a star since other places in the area do have them but the amazing customer service definitely makes up for it. Also, it was a nice change from the usual Vietnamese salons, as this staff was speaking Khmer & most of them were very proficient in English. read more

I had a gel manicure and a pedicure, both were nothing to brag about. The lady actually tried but I don't think she could see very well. The smudged nail polish was left untouched on my toes and the corners of my nails were not even painted so I have clear gel on all sides of my nails. The lady set me on one of the drying machines and never came back to check on me. I will not be coming back because there are much better options around for me to choose. My total was $47 and the place seems clean but if you are looking for a peaceful and spa type of place, this one is not for you. read more

I went in there on Good Friday for a quick gel set. And that's where the misunderstanding began. Tech was Victoria. She said "I have to cut your nails." I said OK because I had two that had cracks and I thought she was going to cut them down to the cracks. I had about 1/4" of nail above the fingertip on 8 nails, and maybe 1/8" on two that had cracks. I wasn't paying attention and she cut each of my nails down to the quick! Then she pulls out a box of fake nails and it's then that I tell her I don't want tips, just a gel set. She says you should have said 'gel manicure'. Then when she asks me for a color, I say the same as what you're wearing. She starts to paint, and I realize it's not the same color at all. She then says, "I don't have anymore of this color that I'm wearing, but this color is similar." Similar, yes but not the same color that I asked for. This was not a good experience at all and I'll never go back. I left out of there with nails looking like they were more suited for an 8-year-old. I paid $32 for the 'manicure' and $5 tip 'cause that's just how I roll, but this place is a 'one and done' for me. ADDED: 3 days later and this manicure is chipping at the edges I've never had a gel manicure do this 3 days out... Not happy at all.... read more

I asked if they do dipping and they said yes. The girl is cutting my cuticles very roughly and gives me a good cut on my thumb cuticle that wouldn't stop bleeding. She starts with coating my nails and wants my hands under the light. I immediately said NO light....that's why I do dipping. She looks puzzled at me and removes what she put on my nails and the acetone is now stinging my cut cuticle. She said we usually do a gel coat needing the light. I informed her that dipping does not require the light. My nails looked terrible....rough bumpy service, cut cuticle and messy nails with messy cuticles. I would not recommend this place. I went to the car and saw how bad my nails looked and went back in to speak with the owner. I was told the owner was away on vacation. They did give me a full refund after I refused an attempt to try a clear coat on the nails. read more

I'm giving two stars only because this WAS my go to nail salon, and for a while I loved this place. However, after one horrible experience, I decided I would never step foot in this place again. The woman that did my nails, Mellany, was quiet the whole time, no big deal. I picked out a color I thought I would like... however after putting on one layer of gel polish one one hand... no top coat... I didn't like it. So I said I'm sorry I don't like it. She made it very known how upset she was, she was rude and said "it already dried". So, I picked out another color, she quickly and sloppily re-painted my nails. The best part is she charged my for "gel removal" when she never even put a top coat on. That I didn't care about, I honestly don't care about paying but if you knew you were going to charge me you could have 1. Said you had to charge me 2. Been a little more polite CONSIDERING I'M PAYING YOU. I still left her a tip... no thank you or anything (yes it was stupid of me to do that, if I could go back I wouldn't have left her a penny). Moral of this long story is: stay far away from this nightmare of a nail salon. read more

Worse gel manicure I have received. Cut to much from nail bed, looks horrible, throbbing, sore. As my daughter also had manicure, I gave them my charge card assuming I would only be charged for one manicure. I foolishly gave a tip, as it took so long for bleeding to stop, and I took up a lot of time. I was charged full price and didn't even receive an apology????? I was to appalled to say anything when I paid. I honestly was in shock. I did call later and told owner exactly how I felt. "Come in and we will refund". I have been going to 5 stars nails since they opened. I have tried other nail salons but always return to 5 star. They do a great job on pedicures and manicures. I love the new gel nails and had been going to another salon. The polish would not last, chip and peel off. I now go to 5 Star for my gel nails. My manicure is always perfect and lasts 2+ weeks.
