I also rented a trailer to take the lawn mover, power washer, plants, and food, and all the hanging clothes and they still ran out of room. They sent out a van to finish and was told they were going to charge double to unload, I called the supervise and asked how to cut this cost and he said we could help unload, I had a couple of friends to help, it took us 2 1/2 hrs but then was told it was a 3 hr minimum and was charged an extra $800 for their mistake. I had all the boxes labeled to what room and they put them where ever they found a spot to drop them off. I have a sleep # bed (and I asked them before the move to make sure they could move this and set it up at the new house) It does not work and had to have the sleep # come out to reinstall it which cost $250. This company is a big SCAMMER, DO NOT USE THEM

The shipper, knowing the mattress weighed over 200 pounds, sent the mattress out with 2 men who clearly could not handle the task. They ended up leaving the mattress in the garage. The shipper notified me that to perform the delivery, they would need to send out 5 men at an additional cost which was outrageous. I'm 61 years old and deliver these mattresses all the time with the help of another semi-older guy. I went online looking for movers in the area and found Muscle Movers. I called and talked to Ken and he told me he was busy on another move. I explained my situation and he said he'd try to work it in. This was on a Thursday and he and one other man got the mattress out of the garage and into the customers home on Friday. His fee was more than reasonable and the fact that he extended himself like he did, I cannot express my gratitude. Both of them came in with a bright energy and moving straps ready to go. They luckily brought extra moving blankets since we didn't have enough. Great conversationalist even while they work. We had them pack the big items, so ignore our poor stacking of boxes afterwards. Nothing moving an inch from the 500+mile drive. We were also so happy they were affordable and amazed still at the bright energy. They didn't charge a travel fee that most movers charge so they are the needle in the haystack and we feel like we hit the pot of gold when we found and hired them. All the neat stacking was done by them. I didn't have a chance to capture the beautiful work they did before we unpacked a bit of the truck. Thank you so much for everything!
