I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents. Sorry no pictures but the service I received was 5 stars!!!

I also rented a trailer to take the lawn mover, power washer, plants, and food, and all the hanging clothes and they still ran out of room. They sent out a van to finish and was told they were going to charge double to unload, I called the supervise and asked how to cut this cost and he said we could help unload, I had a couple of friends to help, it took us 2 1/2 hrs but then was told it was a 3 hr minimum and was charged an extra $800 for their mistake. I had all the boxes labeled to what room and they put them where ever they found a spot to drop them off. I have a sleep # bed (and I asked them before the move to make sure they could move this and set it up at the new house) It does not work and had to have the sleep # come out to reinstall it which cost $250. This company is a big SCAMMER, DO NOT USE THEM

Both of them came in with a bright energy and moving straps ready to go. They luckily brought extra moving blankets since we didn't have enough. Great conversationalist even while they work. We had them pack the big items, so ignore our poor stacking of boxes afterwards. Nothing moving an inch from the 500+mile drive. We were also so happy they were affordable and amazed still at the bright energy. They didn't charge a travel fee that most movers charge so they are the needle in the haystack and we feel like we hit the pot of gold when we found and hired them. Throughout my entire move these young people were professional, courteous, honest and friendly. From the moment I emailed Bayside Moving and received a quick response and quote from Austin I was hopeful that this would be a painless move. We moved from Pensacola Beach further east along the Gulf Coast. On moving day, five young men showed up on time and started packing my furniture. They were professionally dressed, pleasant and fast working. I cannot remember the names of all the five men but appreciate their service. I opted to have the furniture delivered two days later to have time to arrive and prepare our new beach home for the furniture. There was a blip with time of arrival due to a misunderstanding regarding CST and EST, but I received a call from Cody letting me know and we were good to go. Cody and Anderson showed up, unwrapped furniture, moved furniture up and down three flights of stairs without once hearing a complaint or seeing them waste time. They went above and beyond and did a few extra things such as moving an existing washer & dryer down to the garage. I received outstanding service. Not one thing arrived broken. Not one wall scratched or wooden floor marred. I was so happy with this entire experience.
