First time here and they have an extensive menu. Lots of choices of hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, Italian beef and sausage and ice cream. We ordered a double cheeseburger meal ($11.99) with perfectly prepared Krinkle cut fries and a Gyro meal ($12.49) with those same perfect Krinkle cut fries. These meals came with drinks and we ordered mozzarella sticks as an added side (4.99). The cheeseburger is pretty ok and the gyro was really tasty. Service is friendly and quick. The dining room is not big but has a combination of tables, booths and counter seating and there is also outdoor seating. The restaurant appears to be clean and in good repair. I came at 2PM on a Friday, pretty off time. Service was impeccable and restaurant and bathroom were super clean. Whole place had a great vibe, a little more family style. I got an italian beef dipped no pepps with mozz; beef quality not good but they pack it in there so you're full by the end. The dip was interesting, I'm used to Portillos where it's a bit soggy but this was not at all, kind of nice it doesn't get everywhere but still some flavor, but maybe not enough. There's a huge amount of fries for the order that are crinkle cut and well done. And you fill the drink yourself (so free refills) but there's no lid on the styrofoam cups. Whole thing cost me $16.33; nice place, can't say I recommend this order. read more

This has been a staple of my childhood, and I haven't been back in a while, so I thought I'd check it out. There were a few people in front of me when I went but the wait time wasn't bad. They have a place to eat inside, and they also have an outdoor patio for nice weathered days. The place was clean. You order at the front counter for takeout or dine in. I ordered for takeout. I ordered the double gyro burger combo which comes with fries and a drink. I also ordered some mozzeralla sticks. The food came out in timely manner and my order was correct. They recommend checking your takeout order before leaving to make sure you have everything. The gyro burger was delicious and I love their crinkle cut fries. The mozzeralla sticks are on the small side and I wasn't a huge fan of the marinara sauce. I need to come back and get a slushy, that was always my favorite part. I've been going to this place for years. But it has been a while since I been back to this place. Stop by one night because I was craving Gyros. They're gyros are pretty decent and packed with a lot of meat. I ended up getting the daily special meal which comes with fries and a regular drink. I was kinda disappointed on the size of the drink. Cause they said regular but it was more like a small. Once you put ice, you won't get much of the actual drink. On top of that, once I put the lid on, the cup wasn't sturdy enough when I put the lid on. The cup cracked and the drink spilled so I had to ask for another cup. I guess the lady knew that happened, so she didn't mind giving me another cup. I would give this place a 3.5 star. Just cause they could do better. Overall the gyro was really good. When the food came, I got a meal. I wasn't mad at the meal because the fries were good and the Pepsi was fine, but in the future, just listen to your customers if they just want the sandwich charge them for the sandwich and give them the sandwich. They must be under new ownership or management because the past two times I've come here, the service has been absolutely horrible. I love this place and I've been coming here for over 15 years, but the past two times have been painful. The guy's attitude at the register is piss poor, the cook is clueless, they forgot major parts of my order BOTH times (which I didn't find out until I got all the way home or checked my bags myself), and the food isn't the same. I used to brag about this place and recommend it to anyone visiting the area, but now I'm not sure about doing that anymore after these last two times. If they're under new ownership or management, that would make the most sense; if they're not, then the owners need to re-evaluate who they're hiring these days because this place has gone from 5 stars in my opinion to 2 stars. read more

The food is not horrible, but the staff sucks!!!!! When you order an Italian beef sandwich, and they enter it as an Italian sausage, don't expect them to accommodate you. They will LIE to your face and say you ordered something you didn't, then tell you the other sandwich is more expensive, which somehow justifies their shitty attitude about correcting a simple fuck up. Five Points about Five Points: 1. It's a drive in. There's no waitress on roller skates or speaker boxes but its a drive in. These are wonderful for quick service and the pleasure of dining outside on picnic or patio tables. The reason why that is appealing is to enjoy the weather, dine with a dog in tow, or if you're with a smoker. 2. The soft serve vanilla is good. It's on par with McDonalds or even some DQ. The also serve food but, that, there is not for me. 3. Reasonably priced. 4. Thats it so to hit 5... So I am reminded why is it so often when you're in an empty restaurant or public transportation someone enters, then sits right next to you? It's so weird and obnoxious. There's a gym that has 200 lockers and when it's dead always someone chooses the locker right next to mine or to undress standing by me, instead of utilizing the yards of space. 5. Why do so many people walk forward but look backwards as they walk so I have to dart quickly around them like its a real life arcade game? It's so vexing. Whomever owns Five Points really likes the color yellow and very bland fast food. And I mean, they really love yellow. Did I mention the stunningly-average fast food? It's a run-of-the-mill American fast food joint that serves your Chicago Dogs, Burgers, Italian Beefs, etc. They don't make any of these items particularly well. They also kind of stiff you on the fries, like Bobby Brown shares snow at a 3am party. However, it is a good alternative to the fast food chain heaven that this section of Green Bay Road.
