Our agent, Tim, gave different answers (three different version on different date) about exchange of an Unite Airline ticket which was paid in full. He told us that it can be credited to United Airline account; can be exchanged to other route as long as it is United Airline, and the exchange can be managed by United Airline. The fact is we can not go any of above, we had turned to United Airline on the phone, email and LAX UA counter, we were kicked back to the agent-Tim because the account is "LOCKED". We have spent so much time trying to use the ticket but go no where. With that said, we will lose $1,250 completely if we do not travel to Europe by February next year. Exchange a ticket and booking with an agent should never be this difficult. Our friend agent tried to help us but unable to do Zero STAR is the score, but I could not remove the star for some reason. She arranged my very complicated trip from LA, Italy and Israel within a day, and I was extremely grateful! The price was far better than I could have ever hoped! When I went to Shanghai, she booked a GREAT hotel for me (the ambassador of Guam stayed there!). I've had great experiences working with Bravo Travel and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend others to go. In fact, I recommended that one of my friends use Wendy to book his flight home to Sydney, Australia during school holidays, and not only was the price reasonable, Wendy put him on Virgin Australia, and for the first time, I didn't hear him complain about the flight at all! (A pleasant treat for my ears...)

Despite all the negative reviews posted on Yelp, I followed my guts feeling and booked this trip for my husband and my mother in law. I am glad I didn't let the bad reviews turn me away. When I picked them up from drop off location today they told me the trip was wonderful - good food, great driver/tour guide, smooth and well planned route, and clean hotel with delicious breakfast and ocean view! Started from the beginning, Ms. Sunny Sun from Good Shine Travel explained clearly about the basic cost and extra and gave us clear instruction of how to pay for the trip. The tour guide, Jack , was very professional and accommodated our pick up requests from San Diego. He even called us one day before the trip to confirm pick up location..We had booked several road trips with local San Diego mandarin spoken travel agencies when my in laws visited us. After all the disappointments, we decided to try travel agencies in LA areas, and I am so glad we found Good Shine..For the prices and services, I definitely give Good Shine a 5 star!!
