I could not have been more delighted by the service at this company. The mechanic was also extremely pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great company. I was introduced to them by a contractor friend about 3 years ago. They have been to…read moremy home on 3 separate occasions. Every time they were prompt and they got the job done at a fair and reasonable price. Most recently my daughters electrical outlets in her room went dead. The gentleman who came out searched for 3 hours to try to find the source. He finally did in her closet. Most would be very frustrated at that point but not this gentleman (sad to say I forgot his name). I heard horror stories of how ppls walls were ripped up etc. trying to find a short. We are so thankful for their kind service and will call them again and again for any electrical needs.

I chose Mid-South HVAC & Electrical after reaching out to seven different companies for quotes to…read morereplace my AC and furnace. Cameron responded to my initial inquiry promptly and provided a formal quote that stood out from the rest. Getting quotes from contractors in Tennessee can be a challenge, but Mid-South made the process straightforward. Their prices were reasonable, and Cameron answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly, so we decided to move forward with the work. I do have to mention that the day before the replacement, one of the crew members came by to inspect the ductwork, which required climbing through my attic. Unfortunately, during that process, he accidentally stepped through the ceiling, creating an 18-inch hole. This incident added a lot of extra work to the project, but Cameron, although not always the most timely communicator, took responsibility. He sourced and paid for the repairs, which included repainting the ceiling and an adjacent wall. I imagine it was an expensive mistake for him and his team. Even though I'll have to hire someone out of pocket to fix the lumpy drywall after two unsuccessful attempts from two different contractors, I'm still giving Mid-South HVAC & Electrical 5 stars, for now. The crew worked efficiently to replace the units, all while respecting our shoeless house policy, which I'm sure was inconvenient for them. The new AC is holding up well through the recent 99-degree heat, and we'll see how the furnace performs this winter. We also have a 1-year labor warranty, which I hope we won't need to use.

I spoke with the receptionist on the phone who said she was going to call all of the workers that were already out working to see if they could get someone out by end of day. (I was just hoping for the next day!) She called back maybe three minutes later and said that technically the repairmen had finished the day but given the situation, they were going to make sure to send someone anyway and that he would be at our house (which was not a short drive) within the hour. He was here in 40 minutes and had the heat back up and running in under an hour from when he arrived. This is the kind of service that you hope for humans to want to give and you certainly hope to receive. We are SO GRATEFUL!
