I have been using 490 for a while now. I have ordered a number of frames from them. On two occasions I have ordered the wrong size and have had to call and ask for a different size. Other companies that I have previously used have just told me they wouldn't refund of exchange, but 490 were friendly and let me exchange and pay the different for the frames I needed.
