The esthetician said in 1 treatment I would see a significant difference, so I went ahead with the treatment not only did the treatment hurt like hell with the pressure of the pressing on my face with the medal head used for the treatment it literally took 20 minutes and it was done. I left the salon went to my vehicle looking in the mirror my skin looked horrible with no improvement. I went back in and complained to owner and was advised I needed to purchase more sessions for over 1000.00. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I've just heard back that when you sign waiver at salon it says no refunds and all sales are final plus results are not guarantee. So I'm cautiously warning anyone who goes to this spa Do not get Cryo it is not worth the 199.00 for a 20 minute treatment I would also like to add the table you lay on was covered with a wrinkled sheet and not the relaxing spa treatment you think of... Shame on the owners of the Spa not offering to make good on a very unhappy customer ... Hand and stone is a much better place to go and results proven.
