Mike and his service tax are fabulous. I can honestly say in 25 years. I cannot say one bad word about them anytime I needed help. I had a service tech to my place within a day or two. The service techs were always so great about explaining what they were doing and what we could do in the future to make sure that we didn't have problems which brings us to another issue. They just weren't any problems with our machine other than just after 20 years I needed to have needed a little part replaced and the Service tech was so kind to tell us that Culligan come out with a new machine that only regenerated when it needed to, and it wasn't on a time clock like our old one, and that saved us so much money! We loved our new colleague and machine and instead of using a bag or two a month. We were using one bag about every five months because our family was down to just me and my husband and not the kids anymore. I love Kalispell Culligan and we moved to Sanders County and we weren't able to use Kalispell colleague anymore. We needed to use Missoula and I just have to say that Kalispell rocks Mike who runs the store is so kind and helpful. There's just nothing you can't ask him. When we were used in Kalispell Culligan he would always takes time to answer any of my questions if I leave a message he calls me right back. Oh how I miss Kalispell Culligan. I feel bad that there's one negative review here because in 25 years I can't even give anything but positive reviews.

Ok belive this as I am a former US Marine and I never lie. 9 years ago Don Dammel the owner talked…read moreme into a water cooler I said ok as we were gym pals. After 1.5 years it broke. I call orver 10 times to have some one come out a resolve the situation. Not one call not one attempt to pick up the broken unit. However the man kept trying to deliver water for it. I told him it did not work and to take it away at least 3 times. As no one ever responded The thing just sat there and I forgot about it. After to many medical problems to name and bills to match it was the last thing on my mind. Out of no where they garnish my minimum wage paycheck after 9 years. The cooler was leased to my company an LLC which has been bankrupted so how they were able to garnish my paycheck now? Don Dammel the owner still refuses to pick the thing up telling me to depose of it. He does not listen you delivered it you pick it up I am 8n a wheel chair. Stay away from this arrogant man and his company he net worth of 3.9 million dollars was not obtained by giving you good service. Karma is a bitch.

They helped me save $$ simply be educating me about a very slow dripping faucet that I did not think was a big deal. My only negative comment is that I wish they would charge land developers for any and all upgrades that the entire community ends up paying.

We are an elderly couple who have owned Lots 1- 6 in Bigfork Addition 1 subdivision for the past 20…read moreyears. We have been trying to work with the District to connect a duplex we built on lots 2 and 3 to the water and sewer as is required by law. The District will not give us a permit to connect unless we extend the water main and the sewer main for an estimated cost of over $130,000.00. These lots are in a subdivision that was established before the District was formed and were apparently left out when the District put water and sewer mains in. We have had plans submitted by an engineering firm to get water and sewer to the property through service lines that comply with all the District's written rules and regulations but the District will not accept the plans. The district employees and board of directors have been very difficult to work with. Additionally, a property owner 1 block south of our property put in a duplex and cabin on a lot and were able to connect to the water and sewer simply by paying a connection fee. Our property is in the very same subdivision on the very same street. We believe we are being discriminated against.
