Went into the dealership with low expectations since my credit was FAR from perfect. I did not like any of the Buy Here Pay Here options, so my husband and I decided to try our hand at financing. Aaron worked his magic and got us into the SUV of our dreams and did everything he could to make sure we were ecstatic with our purchase. this place has nothing but incompetent employees. Brought car in for tire change and oil change, also what I thought was brake noise. SUPRISE no one even looked at the brakes. Told nothing wrong. No phone calls just a print out saying I need a tie rod end. Car still making noise, took car to another trusted shop. guess what!?!? Your poor mechanic missed that I also needed a right front wheel baring AND pads and rotors on the front and back!! This is absolutely unacceptable. Will not recommend this place to anyone ever again nor be coming back. Pathetic and extremely poor customer service. read more
