We boarded here for a year. After the owners divorced the Husband Don Utley was left in charge. He has an attitude problem and a lying problem. During the one year he left twice for 3 weeks. Both times he left people in charge who didn't take care of the horses and both quit. Leaving the boarders to band together and take care of all the horses. After he returned we attempted to talk to him about being compensated for us cleaning over 100 stalls, taking the horses out almost every morning alone in the dark, in his absence. We even missed some work at times to ensure all the animals were cared for. Don wanted to comp us $75. We told him he would need to comp us the month of December or we would move our horse to a better facility. He lost his temper and told us to get him out the same day. We did and are so happy we don't have to deal with him anymore or worry about the safety and well-being of our horse. Beau.... There were a hand full of people who worked along side us during those absences and we appreciate them so much! On another note, there are two or three horses there that are not in good shape. Owner left for his ranch in Oklahoma, leaving a totally incompetent guy looking after the place who had no knowledge of horses or their needs. Stalls were filthy until we all started cleaning our own. My horse lost weight because he wasn't getting his supplements. When I texted the owner about the conditions, instead of getting back to ME, he forwarded my text to the incompetent he hired. Not a good way to handle business. Moved my horse. read more

We happened across 4 U Ranch while driving 136 from our previous boarding. We stopped in and looked around. Sold. We moved our horses a few days later. So much closer to Indy but a rural setting. Our horses are so happy there. Krista takes loving care of all of her boarders. I dont worry about our care and safety there. Our horses are home. read more
