This dude is the best. Broke my iPhone home button, went over there without calling, and he let me in and fixed it even though he was closing. Turned out I also had a broken screen. While I was there, he answered the phone and told 3-4 more people who called to come in - once again, he was closed, but he just kept helping people because they needed their phones fixed immediately. I had a broken screen on an Iphone plus 7. ATT said fix it and they would give me a higher trade in on a new phone. Alan fixed it for $100 but it didn't work properly after the screen was replaced. Alan is a busy guy. It took him a few days to get back to me but then replaced or repaired the screen and it now works fine. Alan seems like a nice guy, but I would not do business here again. He (or his technician) replaced my cracked screen, but in doing so broke the vibrate mechanism my phone had, which is important in loud environments. Unfortunately, Alan did not take responsibility for this. Instead he offered to charge me extra to replace what he had damaged. I've also experienced quality issues with the response of the touchscreen so either the technician did a very poor job all around, or whatever screen was used for the replacement was likely inferior in quality. read more

They also observed strong antiviral protocols with facemasks and limited access within the building. I am so thankful I found this place on a Sunday (literally a life saver) my screen had recently been replaced at a different location no more that a month ago I dropped it on Saturday it wasn't a bad drop literally the screen didn't even shatter just the corner cracked. I thought no big deal it's just a crack on the corner NOPE MY SCREEN WAS UNRESPONSIVE I couldn't do anything at all. To make my situation worse it was Saturday's evening no one was open and I started a new job Monday. I looked online Sunday morning and I was very excited to see someone was open Sunday! I asked if he would discount the price, I had just paid 100 plus to have it fixed . He said no. He said sacredness protesters only protect the phone if it falls flat and he didn't know what angle my phone fell at.
