I do not understand the management of this company. They hire supervisiors that are incompetent. they do not know how to do much of anything and depend on the floor employees to show them. They do not know the procedures of the manfacturing company. and they are totally useless. If Upper management think they are useful then Upper management is wrong! This is their abrasives and adhesives plant. They are actually a very good place to work for as long as you have a fair and unbiased, and supportive supervisor. If you don't then pretty much plan on only being here as long as they need you then be let go, cause that's exactly what's going to happen. Once you get full time permanent. they pay is great, and the benefits are as well. Sadly for me I had a supervisor who was less than supportive or helpful. My foreman loved working with me, but the supervisor was another story (thankfully I have heard she retired not too long ago). Forklift operators and Machine operators make the most here, quick change area workers make the least, jump through all their hoops do as they say, don't talk back or engage in gossip, there are a lot of back stabbers, and brown nosers here, so watch what you say and do. Get hired on full time and you have a home up until the day you decide to retire. I recommend them, just mind your P's and Q's. read more
