The Drop-In took me back $12, the entrance/ gym area seems to be the remnants of an old now defunct restaurant.
Don't let that deter you. Went in and looked around, the gym had a lot of cardio machines and weight-resistance training equipments cramped into a small area.
Just organized enough that you can have an efficient workout, minus the occasional gym goer that may pass by to get to another machine within your immediate vicinity.
There's a squat rack, several dumbbells (some which are stationed on the floor area), adjustable benches, 2 bench press stations, smith machine, deadlift/ shrug machine, dip/ pull-up station, 2 resistance cable stations, flye machine, etc etc.... oh and my absolute favourite, a Jacobs Ladder (possibly one of the better overall training equipments to utilize for cardio).
The was a water fountain located, just at the front entrance of the exercise room; which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, the area is a bit small, some things are out of place and could be organized in a more efficient manner w/ equipments further apart to prevent tripping hazards or harm to other fitness enthusiast in the area. The machine upkeep could be proitized a bit more.
With that being said, I went for a workout and did absolute just that. Had a nice pump going, there was a lot of machine options to choose from to compliment my training. Oh and the metallic weights were amazing.
Folks, if you want to workout on the cheap the hotels around might offering a few machines, but if you want a bit more than the hotels offer.
Alpine Health Club has your basis covered, it's a clean GYM, not a luxury hangout spot.
If you know what muscle/ body part you want to train; you can walk in here and do whatever workout you need completed, with the amount of equipment options they have available.
Lastly, I am sorry If the looks isn't up to snuff with your hometown gyms and that's fine too, remember-You came here for a workout!
Do just that, don't be deterred.
