But then the Oliver Gospel Mission must be when you say Please Choir, can we have some more Gospel? I appreciate charity missions, and the setting for OGM is a gorgeous old building in Columbia SC. Considering the mission, I should probably give them five stars, but the heavily religious element connected to what they're doing is just something that I'm a little tired of - but nevertheless massive kudos to them for what they do.

From the very beginning, the process has been clear, supportive, and empowering. My counselor took the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and help me understand what to expect as I move through the program. One thing I really appreciate about NACA is their commitment to helping everyday people achieve affordable homeownership. Their program doesn't require a down payment, closing costs, or perfect credit, and the interest rates they offer are some of the lowest in the industry. You can feel that they genuinely advocate for their members and want to see families succeed, not just push them through a system. The staff I've interacted with have been patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. The online portal is also very helpful for keeping documents organized and making sure I stay on track. Overall, my experience so far has been excellent, and I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with NACA. If you're considering buying a home and want real guidance and support, I definitely recommend giving their program a try.
