I signed up for broadband here. The guys in the shop assured me it would be a good match for the level of internet use in our apartment. They were dishonest in three ways:
Problem #1: The broadband was way, way too slow, and would freeze up/cut out several times a day. We tried it for about a month and finally gave up and installed real broadband.
Problem #2: The bill was mysteriously 50 kr/month higher than the amount I was quoted in the store.
Problem #3: I went to cancel the service, and I was told that I had signed up for a 6-month contract and could not cancel it for another 5 months. No one in the shop mentioned this to me when I signed up.
Just another shitty telecom company taking advantage of foreigners who are new in town and don't know any better. For shame, Denmark. read more
