What most people look for in a financial advisor is someone who can grow their investments, and of course Dan and his team have done that with incredible success for me and my family. Just as important to me, however, is an ethical way to do this. Dan, Melissa, Chris, and the rest of the team are honest, open, kind, ethical AND great at what they do. Jax Wealth Management has allowed me to realize all of my financial dreams & much earlier than I ever expected to. Not only that, I look forward to our meetings to review my finances! My entire family trusts them with our finances and I have referred several of my closest friends to Dan as well. If you want to grow your investment portfolio with a great team, Jax Wealth Management is the one to go to! PS. Every year, they hold a party to celebrate their clients and successes, and they also recognize the people that retired in the past year. My retirement happened during covid, so at this year's party, I was recognized with an engraved bottle of 2012 Dom. Each person who had retired this year received a gift that was individualized to their personality/likes. This team really goes above & beyond!! Pics are from celebration 2023.

We trusted them with our two small businesses (bookkeeping and tax returns) and our personal tax returns. I had to hire a real CPA to review and fix the Quickbooks data transactions and both 2018 business Tax Returns. They delayed finishing and filing our 2018 personal tax return for 5 months which resulted in an additional tax payment plus penalty and interest. Their "affordable" price cost us more money in the end. They either need to hire a real CPA on staff, or they need to disclose that they don't have a CPA. I'm very frustrated with their lack of quality of work and lack of communication during the full year of working with them.

However, they…read morerecommended her friend's 'company' for my glass claim, who not only put in the wrong glass for my car but broke my rear view mirror assembly, which was very expensive due to the camera and sensors required for my luxury car. This doesn't even include all the mistakes they made because the glass did not fit my car, which was proven when I took a picture of the part number and called the glass company. They not only refused to replace the mirror or the glass, but the owner called and screamed, swore and insulted me then proceeded to say 'I don't care about you or your car, find someone else to fix it' then said they would just call Kathy (on their speed dial) and have her cancel it. Needless to say, I'm stuck with covering the $1165 for replacing the mirror and had to do a new claim for the glass replacement. I got a new agent and had to start all over again - all the while my windshield is leaking water from the horrible job T&C Auto Glass did as I listen to the alerts from my car from the lack of calibration for the sensors and camera because the glass does not match up so it could not be sealed. She could have fixed this by calling and reporting her friends but chose not to so I'm still dealing with this over a month later. Be careful who you trust.
