After setting up a call with him, he emailed us a template to go over EVERY aspect of our Wedding day(and I do mean everything!) From set-up location for his equipment, pronunciation of the bridal party names for the reception grand entrance, and special considerations to be aware of, Kyle had everything down on the initial intake form, and it made us comfortable working with him knowing he's done this many times before! Once we hopped on the call, he helped us customize our wedding to what we wanted. We wanted specific timestamps in our walkout song and first dance song, and he was able to edit the songs to play only the parts we wanted. We also didnt want alot of profanity in our dance floor songs and he was able to find alot of the popular songs that bleep out the words or found other good songs. We also wanted to do some fun things like a wedding game, cake cutting with a Sword, and an "auction" to eat first. With all of these I thought some might have come off as "cringey" if not announced right, but Kyle understood what we wanted to do and was the perfect Emcee/auctioneer! He brought the energy and clearly stated to our guests what we were doing! We wanted a wedding that got our guests involved and Kyle was the perfect guy for the job! He is charismatic, funny, and prepared to handle anything you'd like to involve in your wedding! He was even awesome enough to make sure he had my daughter (her sweet 16) take a single set and made sure our family took some too! Parties get busy so glad he reminded us!!! He wasn't hovering either, he was good about giving the guests space to take the photos in case they were shy. The backdrop and the props were great too!!
