Chimene mentioned she just got these bottles in that day and agreed to not only hold them for me before they even went into inventory, but also ship them across the country! It's good to know there's still a few real shops out there and this is one of them. A++ service and I'm now a customer for life, despite living 3,000 miles away. It's not going for that." He then tried to show me an identical bottle marked $19.99, but I had already taken a photo before he scraped the prices off. He then tried to accuse me of somehow magically putting on a fake price tag before yelling at me that he didn't like that I took a picture. He then took the bottles away and said: "Take a hike. Get out of my store!" And, then started shouting like a lunatic yelling at me as I exited. So, basically they decided to lose a sale of two bottles of wine totaling almost $30 because they wanted an additional $7 which they lost solely due to their own error for which they refuse to take responsibility. Not to mention, I've been a loyal customer buying there every summer, and now I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know what happened. Oh and by the way, the owner was not even wearing a mask.
