I actually found them on Yelp as I was looking for a new cleaning service for a move-out job at one of our apartments in Gainesville. Their response time was super fast! I requested a quote on Yelp and I was given a call and we set up an appointment with the Splee cleaners in less than a 12-hour window. That's fast in my world... Two team members arrived promptly just before 12 noon on Saturday as appointed. They were both super friendly and professional and reassured me that they were going to take care of everything I needed cleaned in the unit. In addition, I asked the nice gentleman of the cleaning team if he could use my dolly that I brought from Jacksonville and remove an old refrigerator and a chest of drawers left at the apartment by my last tenants and just set it by the curb for garbage pick-up. He said, "No problem." And he did it for FREE! How cool was that? After about 2.5 hours, Nick called me to let me know that they were just about finished and ready for the walk through. I came back to the property and I was extremely pleased with the work that was done.
