She told me she was going to brew me a fresh cup of coffee when I ordered mine. She made sure I had refills. She whispered to me "do you want the milkshakes before the meal or after...?" because she is a pro and she knows that this could ruin the meal, but of course, it MAKES the meal for the kid consumer.
