1 star -- Loyal customers, deeply let down…read more We've used Pamela Lee Photography for 3-4 years of Christmas photos, spent over $1,000, and referred clients to her. So when we booked her for our newborn session, we trusted her completely. It was a disaster. The setup wasn't ready, the staging wasn't safe or appropriate for a newborn, and at one point our baby was placed in a position that felt genuinely unsafe. Backdrops looked unprofessional. Photos came back blurry. One usable family shot out of a $725 session. We told her we were unhappy. She volunteered to reshoot at our home -- then on the day, sprang a surprise $425 charge and a time limit that had never been mentioned. Telling detail: she never asked for our address. We hadn't requested a home shoot; she offered it. Years of loyalty, one of the most important shoots of our lives, and this is how it ended. We won't be back.

We booked a family portrait session and she was hard selling those super costly print which we didnt needed. All we wanted was a fine digital copy. We paid the fee upfront and went for shoot. She took couple of shots and windup quickily even before we choose the shot. When we asked for preview she was super reluctant and showed us on her camera and urged us to choose one. We liked one picture in which my baby had a cute smile. After a week we got the processed image, shockingly our baby is not in focus. Me and my partner are tack sharp and baby is slightly out of focus. When complained she put the blame on my baby, saying that baby was not stationary.
