They told me to go get some lunch and come back in a couple hours. when I came back, they had received the parts and had them installed in less than an hour. on top of that, the cost was far less than I had expected. I drove to them in Nebraska to pick it up from Illinois. The people were so amazing!! Bob is a great guy and he will answer any question you have about anything. I did loan my camper out to a homeless coworker and they destroyed it and I was devastated but that's why I got insurance and the girls in the office were amazing help especially dealing with the insurance company. I also upgraded my original camper and made the trip to the shop for the upgrade that they planned ahead and did all the work and checked over all my seals and made sure I was 100% before leaving the next day! I can call the office and Bob and the girls are always ready to help with any questions I ever have! I am already looking into buying an upgraded version and look forward to the adventure to getting it!
