While they can't hold a property for longer than 2 weeks, they were able to help assure me that they would make sure we get a rental we wanted. While we did take the risk of renting site unseen due to moving across country, the property itself came with very little issues, and they have been prompt at addressing the maintenance even with the holiday on Monday! If you're also looking into their properties, I recommend having some longer term patience as they let me know they were often busy with property management and assignments after the 6th of the month. Catching them at the tail end of one or the beginning of the next is ideal for getting the property you want!
