I received a response the same day promising the quote later in the day. They kept their first promise and the quote was very reasonable, particularly considering the cost to replace the furniture would have been five times the quote to refinish it. The next day I called and they promised I would be pleased with their work. They kept that promise but underestimated my delight upon seeing the finished project. The furniture looked as good as the day we purchased it! Without hesitation I recommend the RPM team. They conducted themselves with honesty and integrity throughout the process, were very professional, produced results of the highest quality, and they made it clear they appreciated our business. We could have chosen another company closer to our home, but we're happy we chose to go a little out of the way to RPM. Our time and money was well spent. Take your project to RPM.
