Every 4-6 months I have to call back and ask them to once again forward my mail. Every time they charge my account to forward the mail and tell me that I am now on monthly forwarding, and then 4-6 months later I have to call again. It's the same cycle. And if it wasn't a commute to get there and the address wasn't tied to so many important business accounts, I would no longer have a box here.

I went to the post office and they have nothing to do with my mailbox being closed and since I chose to use a private contractor for my mail service they can't help me with my mail because the independent contractor is the one that send the mail back to the sender, the mail does not go to the post office. I have no idea of they refuse to accept my mail, closed my mailbox. The only thing I could think of is my mailbox rental payment is past due. I paid $75 back in June. I still have not received a bill or a past due notice or any type of correspondence. Now I have a huge issue I need to resolve with my mail. All this could have been avoided if they would have contacted me or put a bill in my mailbox. I would have paid it. They couldn't even discuss it with me when I tried talking to them. They tried blaming it on the Addison Post Office. The guy did ask me if I wanted to get a new mailbox and I almost did. Til I thought about it and decided against it. If they wanted me my business they should have handle my account differently.

I hired two interpreters (a recommended husband & wife team from Cuba and Colombia) to perform 4 hours of English to Spanish interpretation for a huge conference my organization was hosting this past July (2019) in Grapevine, TX. I coordinated the work with Michael of TransNation and signed a contract a couple of weeks prior to the event. The day of the event (actually one hour prior to their scheduled arrival and the beginning of the event), I received a call from Michael that this "fantastic" husband and wife interpretation due decided not to do the assignment. I was devastated. Michael was very apologetic and I do not fault him for this disaster. He immediately offered to look for someone else and did send a replacement at no charge who was able to arrive an hour after the event had started. I am happy with his response and the way he handled this very unpleasant situation. My problem, obviously, is with the interpretation team who turned out to be utterly unprofessional. Beware of hiring the Cuban-Colombian husband and wife duo that does work for this company or you might find yourself dealing with a no-show and scrambling for a replacement on the day of your extremely important event!!! Request someone else. The lady that was sent as a replacement last-minute did a good job.
