She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. This place is clean, air conditioned, security monitoring, security access, and plenty of flat carts available. The best part of this whole experience was the manager Rick. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I had quite a bit of anxiety about getting a storage unit, but Rick helped to put my mind at ease. It has been two years now without any incidents.
