They're a local company, super friendly faces, and they've NEVER missed a pickup. Seriously, it's been amazing. We have a pool, and we're usually really careful about rinsing out our pool chemicals before tossing the containers. Well, one time, one sneaky little container slipped through - talk about a mortifying moment! And honestly, I felt terrible thinking about the poor driver. Apparently, when they emptied our bin, the truck started smoking! The driver had to dig through everything to find the culprit (oops!). I was bracing myself for a furious phone call, but instead, the office called with genuine concern. No yelling, no drama - just friendly worry about what happened. We explained how it must've happened, promised it wouldn't happen again, and thankfully, we've been good as gold ever since! This whole experience just showed me how great Stampede Family really is. They're top-notch, and I wanted to share our story because if you're searching for a fantastic trash service in the area, you absolutely HAVE to give them a try! You won't regret it. *Photo from their website. No one wants to see my dirty can

At 80, my trips to and from the nearby coin-laundry was very stressful, time wasting, and tiring during the last 8 months. In desperation, I started calling appliance services. None impressed me on the phone until I talked to "Meka" at Mayo in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She took away my anxieties. She scheduled an appointment. The team arrived when they said they would. They were courteous, efficiently professional, and fixed the dryer in less than 45 minutes. And the repair bill was much, much less than I expected. These appliance professionals SAVED me more than $1,526 dollars. Doing my laundry at home is now a welcomed convenience without the stress, and fatigue I endured for such a long time. For all of this, and then some, I will always be grateful to Mayo Appliance for what they did for this old man, and for my dog. We now have extra time to do walk-abouts. My next project with Mayo? Doing something about my dishwasher that has not worked since 2017. Back then, I was told by another appliance service (no more in business) that I needed a new dishwasher, and had to rewire my house. Maybe not. This was long before I discovered Mayo. In this marketplace where mediocrity, unreliability, lackadaisically poor customer service, and over-charging is the expected normalcy, it is remarkable that Mayo stands out as an example of what all other service businesses should want to imitate. I changed professions for a few years and now that I need to get some things made I chose loyalty and returned my business. I am severely disappointed embarrassed and disgusted at the complete lack of professionalism and low moral standards shown by the young lady who called herself aundrea. She responded to my request and took down my information and then proceeded to offer me a discounted price in exchange for sexual favors done unto her. I am completed disgusted and feel harassed and violated by the audacity of that young woman to demean herself to such a low character and display such a severe lack of self respect. I am still in shock that this young woman actually tried to bribe me into sexual inter course for discounted service from your establishment. I am in disbelief that Latsons would allow such an individual to be representing the company in such a disrespectful and immoral manner. And to put the cherry on top which almost made me vomit in my car she had the nerve to send me a couple of photographs of herself exposing her self completely with the message to follow and I quote "you know you want to taste this p**** and cum inside me" I will never again in my life set foot anywhere within 1000 feet of any of your establishments since this is the type of behavior that you are welcoming into your business. I am going to make sure that I tell everyone single person that I know and also post reviews everywhere that I am able to because this is downright outrageous. I am also going to be filing a police report for sexual harassment and soliciting prostitution as soon as I am able to calm down. This could have also been extremely detrimental to my marriage and family had my wife been the one to open up the message. Truly unbelievable and a disgrace. She single handedly ruined you're what was once fabulous reputation.
