I can't speak for the quality and professionalism all their instructors, but the founder, who…read moretaught my class, took what should have been 45-60 mins worth of material and stretched it out over 4hrs. Basic CPR training was supplemented with a masturbatory stand-up routine that served little more than to try and justify the man's not so latent anger issues, and hang ups over some deep personal tragedies. The whole thing is sad really and if it was just that, a dick and his rubber chicken flailing about for 4hrs, I'd be pissed about wasting the time but it wouldn't warrant a comment. What crosses over into "people need to know" territory is that a lot of this guy's antidotal advice is likely to get someone fired, sued or arrested. He was Advocating assault, destruction of property and risky contact with bodily fluids all under the guise of "someone needs to be the boss in an emergency situation," and "look how I much of a badass I am," So maybe look somewhere else for first aid training

I had the privilege of meeting the owner Lisa as well, and she was very polite and well-mannered in the moment even though she was swamped with work she took the time to meet me and have a great conversation. The hands-on experience was something I truly believes sets MCA apart from other programs. Along with teaching each and every one of their students the skills needed, MCA builds confidence in each skill. Providing a fun learning environment and lots of encouragement along the way. Tammy was always such a nice greeting before class with her lovely music taste, Donna was such a great MA teacher with lots of laughs, and Emily was a great phleb teacher. 10/10 would do it all again!
