I was having a horrible day after getting a flat tire, but I was able to come in right away and have a new tire installed for $95. I'm normally taken advantage of at tire shops and mechanics because of my age and appearance - they usually assume I don't know anything about cars and price gouge me. Here, I was treated with kindness and respect, and given prompt and trustworthy service. Total time from arriving to heading home with a new tire was less than 15 minutes. I went and took my damaged tire to see if it was able to be repaired, unfortunately it was done. So the tire tech's had an available used tire for my car and I was literally in and out of the shop within 10 minutes. The service was great, the quality of the tire was good and the value was fair.
