She refuses to show a property without first having a FULL credit app on file including social security number and bank account information!! She won't be your agent if it's not her property or one she specifically represents the listing. I think these practices are not only rude and discriminatory but I also think they are highly illegal. I sent over a credit app against my better judgment. The response I got was that she had contacted the owner and the owner denied my application because they wanted a "perfect" credit score. There is no way possible that all of that could have transpired within 30 seconds! Really? You reviewed the app, sent it to the owner and got a response?? Highly unlikely. I felt very discriminated against and if I am not mistaken it is illegal to practice housing discrimination in Virginia. I am reporting this office and that agent immediately.!

All he was worried about was "closing a deal", because he told me right out of his mouth. He definitely doesn't look out for what is in your best interests. He offered no advice, guidance, assistance, NOTHING! Do yourself a favor, find an agent who will look out for you, if one exists. Do extensive research on an agent before hiring one.
