I have rented from this place for 18 years. They have been very flexible with us. I own a cat rescue and when the garage burned it should of been taken down probably. However knowing I need the garage for my cat supplies and occasionally holding a cat, well they doctored it up so I can meet my needs. We've never been bothered or given warnings at all. We have done some things to improve the house our selves cuz they been so good to us I hate to ask for extras I just want done. Our rent has only been raised 250 over 18 years. Joana and Jim are awesome and we don't know how we would of made it with any other landlord for the rescue requirement.
