When he saw us trying to order an Uber he volunteered to give us a ride into Gresham so we could catch the Max train. During the repair process it became clear that we were the customer and not the insurance company. Having once worked in the collision industry I can attest that is usually not the case. Most shops are more interested in their relationship with the insurance company. When we picked up the car it looked like new again and we were extremely pleased.
