No sorry, no doing something to help. Poor customer service. - There was a layer of dust on the windowsills on the 1st level. I could literally write my name with my finger on it. The purpose of this cruise is to look out the window. Somebody needs to pay attention there. - while this is not an information cruise I expected a 5 minute introduction to Tampa, what the city is proud of, what we will be looking at etc.
