I was told to sign some forms and it would be 3 to 7 days after I was hard pressed to sign up for an Edward Jones account I didn't want. Then the nightmare started. People on leave, another 5 to 7 days. "We are backed up" another form to sign another 5 to 7 days. This has been going on for 11 weeks. 11 weeks? That is so grossly incompetent that I am having trouble finding words to describe it.
