I am absolutely appalled, that a bank would just hold your check that comes in once a month at the same time which is "a week before it is supposed to be posted" and on the day that it is due, the money is not in the account. Many excuses such as "it was an error on our part" or "I'm sorry you will have to wait for the next business day". If you like dealing with a level of incompetence that is unfathomable, Please by all means go to Georgia Bank and Trust. I will be closing my account at the end of my daughters semester and going to Navy Federal. At least there the staff is nice, reliable "Actually posts checks on time", and easy to work with. These are traits you will not find at Georgia Bank and Trust. If I could give this Bank 0 stars I would.
