Car people will understand.... They did take awhile to get my car in for repairs (about 2 weeks), which I know, SUCKS. But on the other hand, the fact that they're THAT booked and busy should tell you they're worth the wait. Anyway, my man Gary was a total boss. The way he thoroughly described the process and the extent of the damage on my car, trying to put me at ease for this inconvenience made me think he was talking about HIS car. I know it sounds stupid, but so many body shops don't do enough of that nowadays. Treating your car as though it were their own. This is why people panic when they get into a fender bender. Body shops will take your car in for repairs and not only fail to keep you in the loop until the day it's done, but they'll almost deliberately ignore all your phone calls and questions until the work is done. But for the first time in my life, I felt 100% comfortable leaving my prized possession in someone else's care. The work they did was truly top notch quality work, and though my car had already been beautiful, they returned it to me in PRISTINE condition. It was cleaned from the inside out, vacuumed (including the trunk), and even conditioned inside. Not to mention, the paint job they did with the color was completely on-point. For the most part, body repair shops are like lawyers. You hope you're never going to need one, but you're going to be pretty damn glad that they're there when you do. They even fixed the inside of the door and painted my bumper lip for free. They removed a pin stripe that had a clear coat on it, can't even tell it was there!! Solid job. Why -1 star: the bumper lip was painted terribly which contradicts the quality of the car paint. On spots of the bumper lip it's bubbled up and not even painted on the edge. He threw it in for free but I would have payed for better quality. It might have been the surface of the lips fault but idk man. And he fixed a little dent on the quarter panel but the paint did not run evenly with the rest of the car. It looked better than before but it didn't run together.

Most paint shops will not paint jeeps because of all the masking and prep work needed (Greenville wouldn't touch it) Despite the sale price Front Desk Receptionist, Gwen Button, was a joy to work with. She was professional and always kept me up to date. The manager, Patrick Hardgrave, would not skimp on neither materials or workmanship. The jeep is a "wheeler" and sees the woods, mud trails, off roading. The clearcoat was coming off the hood and I told him to just scuff it up and paint it. He refused to do it like that, he insisted that it be sanded down to bare metal and do it right.That his shop would not put out work that I was requesting. The jeep came out great! I haven't found any overspray, runs or orange peel. In fact, it looks so good I'm not sure I am comfortable to take off roading.
