The moment we walked in I knew where to shop from now on. Thinking great for winter unless icy and in summer will just get up early before it gets hot. Yes, I know they have insulated bags but how many would I need! We will figure it out because this store is super big, clean, great selections and can't wait to try deli area. Laugh but this I will look forward to as an outing. When retired shopping is your happy place, even if it's groceries. Only regret is not buying a house according to location of Crest. I would be next door.

I moved from Las Vegas where we have a ton of grocery stores from big names to Mexican Grocery stores to Asian Grocery Stores all over the place. Most are big , but this one by far is bigger. I usually shopped at Smith's which is part of Kroger. We also had Albertson's , Von's , and recently Aldi. My son said they usually ordered from Kroger for most of their stuff , but come here for other stuff like meat. We just got an email that Kroger will no longer be doing deliveries after January 31st , so I guess this store will be getting busier. I found most of the prices to be close to what I paid in Las Vegas , but the family says it's a little more expensive. I like the store and the employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful. My son and I stopped in on November 13 to get some meat and they had the Coca-Cola 18 wheeler truck in the parking lot decorated for Christmas and Santa meeting with the kids and taking pictures. It was a nice setup and it gave me that small hometown feel that I had growing up in my hometown of Bennettsville , South Carolina. I love they were doing this. I'm really happy that my son and his wife choose this area to move to and buy their first home.

Everything is in beautiful colored arrangements in the cabinet! And everything looks so fresh! So nice to see. The meat department was neat and arranged nicely. But once you got past that into the frozen foods, there was a rotten smell. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from, but it was pretty bad. That was the only thing that I could note. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and it was a really great experience. I'll definitely be back.!

Pruett's Food May 22, 2026…read more (2/5) I want to start by being completely fair to this store, because it absolutely earned it on first impression: Pruett's Food has one of the most striking and genuinely unique interiors I have ever seen in a grocery store. Walking in, you're greeted by a dramatic cluster of glowing red orb lights suspended over the snack aisle, a massive artificial ivy tree built right into the center of the floor as a centerpiece, the word "HEARTY" spelled out in hedge-style topiary lettering, glowing neon department signs over sections like the juice area, and lush greenery, ferns, and floral displays scattered throughout. There were even framed western-style portraits lining one of the walls, giving the place a real sense of character and identity. The seafood case was beautifully arranged and generously stocked with crab, salmon, shrimp, and more, all garnished with greenery and presented like something out of a high-end specialty market. The fresh marinated meat case was just as impressive, with variety marinade chicken drumsticks at $1.59 a pound and a whole spread of seasoned wings, kabobs, and skewers that genuinely looked fantastic. The produce section was bright and full, with watermelon slices, blueberries, and seasonal fruit on attractive curved wooden display racks, and sale prices throughout the store were strong. On atmosphere, merchandising, and presentation alone, this place is a 5-star experience, and you can tell real money and real thought went into the design. That is exactly why what happened next was so disappointing. I picked up a jar of Miracle Whip during my visit, and when I got home and looked at the packaging, it was stamped "Best When Used By 14MAY2026." My visit was on May 22, which means the product I was sold was a full eight days past the date printed right on it. Selling something already past its labeled freshness date isn't a tiny oversight to me, and it stings even more in a store that has so clearly invested in looking fresh, abundant, and premium at every turn. What really drives it home is the company's own slogan, printed right on their shopping bag: "Home of the ProFRESHionals." When a grocery store builds its entire brand and its gorgeous interior around the idea of freshness, and then sends a first-time customer home with an out-of-date product, the polish starts to feel like a façade. All the orb lights, topiary lettering, neon signs, and beautiful display cases in the world don't matter if the basics of stock rotation and date-checking aren't being handled on the shelf where it actually counts. A single jar slipping through wouldn't end the world on its own, but as a first impression it immediately made me wonder what else on those shelves isn't being checked, and that doubt quietly followed me through everything else I'd already put in my cart. It's a genuine shame, because the bones of this place are excellent. The atmosphere is fun and distinctive, the meat and seafood departments looked top-tier, the produce was inviting, and the pricing was competitive. If the freshness and stock practices matched the presentation, this would easily be one of my favorite stores in the area, and I'd happily make it a regular stop. As it stands, the gap between how good it looks and the expired product I actually carried out the door is just too wide to ignore. My honest advice to anyone shopping here is to enjoy the atmosphere, but check the date on every single item before it goes in your cart and again at checkout. Freshness should be the store's responsibility, especially for a place that puts the word right in its own name. I walked in genuinely impressed and hoping I'd stumbled onto a new favorite, and I walked out, unfortunately, with no plans to return.

No biggie. Customer service just depends on how you look at it. I went in and was passing down the fragrance aisle and noticed that they sold dossier fragrance. Not something I'd buy, but I always see promotions for it on their website and advertised on the internet. So I was curious.... My wife said go find someone to help us. Now when you walk into Walmart there is always an employee walking around or stocking, but when I went to find help for the fragrance cabinet no one was around. So not long after I found an employee. An older gentleman who was willing to help. He even took time out of his hectic morning to answer all my questions. I was curious about the fragrance and wanted some answers. We talked for a good 2-1/2mins and we both got a laugh out of it. Made his morning just a little more enjoyable and mine to.

I came in here a couple times with him and recently by myself to pickup a frozen pizza and soda. The store is always clean and organized. It a decent sized grocery store with pretty much everything you would need. The only downside is the prices. They tend to be higher than Crest and Walmart. We were ordering our groceries from Kroger , but they are shutting down the warehouse and delivery the end of January. We shopped for years at Smith's which is a sister company of Kroger. Their prices are the best all around. This store is a short drive from our house , but we tend to go to Crest if we need anything like meat. I bought 3 cans of Made in Oklahoma Soda for $1.50 each and they are the tall boy cans. If you haven't tried them , check them out. I really like the Cherry Vanilla Spice. They also have Cream Soda and Root Beer. It's made with Cane Sugar instead of High Fructose Corn Syrup and it's made in Edmond , Oklahoma. I picked one up for the first time at Walmart , but they only had the one flavor. Several people have posted the Fried Chicken is very good and it looks good so one day I will buy some from the deli. I would've given this store 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable and the two times I've checked out the employees were not rude , but kind of not talkative or nice , just like they were not happy to be there.
